UGC content manager

Create organic short-form videos that help people discover CNTXT AI's Arabic-first products, working remotely with our product and marketing teams.

About the role

As UGC content manager, you will plan, film and publish organic short-form videos that show how people use CNTXT AI's products in real life. Your content will help more people find Munsit, Agentix and KLKT, and help contributors understand how they can record their everyday work and get paid for it. This is a remote role.

What you will do

  • Create organic short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat.
  • Turn product features into simple, relatable stories, such as Munsit transcribing different Arabic dialects or someone recording their work on KLKT.
  • Spot trends, sounds and formats early, and adapt them quickly for our audience.
  • Write hooks, scripts and captions in a natural, conversational tone.
  • Find and brief creators and everyday users to produce authentic content, and help coordinate their submissions.
  • Track views, shares, watch time and follower growth, and use what you learn to improve the next video.
  • Work with product and marketing colleagues so content stays accurate and on brand.

What you bring

  • A portfolio of organic short-form videos you have made, ideally including some that reached a wide audience.
  • A good feel for what makes people stop scrolling, watch to the end and share.
  • Confidence filming and editing on your phone or with tools such as CapCut, Premiere or similar.
  • Strong written communication, with the ability to explain technical ideas in plain language.
  • Comfort working on your own, managing your time and posting consistently.
  • A habit of checking performance data and testing new ideas.
  • Good judgement about consent, privacy and respectful representation of the people in your content.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Arabic, or familiarity with Gulf and wider Arab audiences.
  • Experience creating content about tech, AI, apps or the gig economy.
  • Experience running creator or ambassador programmes.
  • Comfort appearing on camera yourself.
