Work Model: Full-time, On-site Experience: 5+ years Industry: AI / FinTech / SaaSWhat You'll Do
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our payments and financial products.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to launch and optimization.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog.
Identify opportunities to improve payment experiences, reliability, conversion, and operational efficiency.
Work with payment gateways, processors, banking partners, and other financial ecosystem stakeholders.
Use customer feedback, data, and market insights to drive product decisions.
Ensure payment products meet relevant security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
Strong experience in payments, FinTech, SaaS, AI, or related technology products.
Hands-on understanding of payment flows, gateways, APIs, transactions, refunds, settlements, reconciliation, and payment failures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
