Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at CNTXT AI, you will own the direction of our AI products, from Arabic speech and voice agents to the apps that capture real-world data. You will turn customer needs into clear priorities and work with engineering, data and model teams to ship products that work well in Arabic. This matters because the enterprises and governments we serve rely on our products in real operations. This role is remote.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for one or more of our products, such as Munsit, Agentix or KLKT.
• Speak with enterprise and government customers to understand their problems and how they use our products.
• Write clear product requirements and work with engineering and data teams to deliver them.
• Work with model and evaluation teams to define what good quality looks like, including accuracy across Arabic dialects.
• Plan for different deployment needs, including on-premises, hybrid and cloud.
• Set success measures for each release and use data and feedback to decide what comes next.
• Keep stakeholders informed with simple, regular updates on progress and trade-offs.

What you bring

• Experience managing software products from idea to release.
• A working understanding of how AI and machine learning products are built, tested and improved.
• The ability to turn unclear customer needs into focused, practical priorities.
• Comfort working with data to make and explain decisions.
• Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to explain technical topics in plain language.
• Good judgement when balancing customer requests, technical limits and timelines.
• The self-direction to work well remotely across teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills, especially familiarity with different dialects.
• Experience with speech recognition, text-to-speech, or voice and chat agents.
• Experience building products for enterprise or government customers in the GCC.
• Familiarity with data collection, labelling or model evaluation work.
