Growth Manager

About the role

As Growth Manager, you will drive consumer growth for CNTXT AI through paid advertising and user-generated content. Much of our data comes from real people, including through KLKT, the app where people record everyday work with consent and are paid per accepted hour. Bringing the right people in, and keeping them engaged, helps us build Arabic-first AI on data that reflects real work.

What you will do

• Plan, launch and manage paid ad campaigns across social and search channels.
• Build and run a user-generated content programme, from finding creators to briefing and reviewing content.
• Test creative, audiences and messaging, and scale what works.
• Track acquisition cost, activation and retention, and report clearly on results.
• Manage ad budgets and shift spend based on performance.
• Work with product and data teams to improve onboarding and conversion in our consumer apps.
• Shape campaigns for Arabic-speaking audiences across the region.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience growing a B2C product or app.
• A track record of running and optimising paid ads on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or Google.
• Experience working with creators and user-generated content.
• Comfort with data: setting up tracking, reading dashboards and drawing conclusions.
• A testing mindset and the habit of learning from results.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• The ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills.
• Experience marketing to audiences in the GCC or wider Arab region.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement and attribution tools.
• Experience growing a marketplace or gig-style app.
